The NGO S.I.S.P. is a non-profit, charitable organisation working in the coastal region south of Trivandrum (South Kerala, India) in and around the slums of Vizhinjam Fishing Harbor, founded in 1996 by 2 Belgians, Paul Van Gelder and Werner Fynaerts.
